Rain

Well, there's really not too much to report, so I'll keep this post short and sweet :)

Things have been going well. I've been able to do a part-time job which is nice, seeing that things in Dublin (and everywhere I suppose) seem to be twice as expensive as Korea and home. Anyways, the weather has been getting more and more rainy as well, but on the off days we have been able to take a couple road trips.

One of them was to Glendalough which is in Wicklow Mountains Nat'l Park. This was a monastery that was founded by St. Kevin in the 6th c. but was unfortunately destroyed in the late 14th c by the English army. Near the monastery there was a large graveyard where I took this picture. I'm always astonished by the elaborateness of the grave sites in Ireland. They seem to stand very proud.

Anyways, this area also consisted of 2 lakes. The upper lake, I think, is shown to the left...it could be the lower lake...but yeah... Anyways, the view was very peaceful and serene. It was a good trip.

Well, we're currently in Kerry (Enda's hometown), and about ready to take off. It was a relaxing trip. Spent some good time on the beach with the dogs...good times.

I guess that's about all that's happening here. Oh, and Happy Mother's Day! (This past Sunday is when Ireland celebrates their mother's day).
